Check

Your train was late. Get your money back.

From 30 minutes of delay, the G30 guarantee entitles you to compensation. We build the claim; the carrier pays you directly.

What you get back

75% of your ticket price from 3 h of delay

It is printed on your ticket. We derive the stations from the train — nothing else to type.

25% commission, charged only if you are compensated by bank transfer. Free in every other case.

What we can prove today

We have just launched. Rather than advertise a success rate nobody can verify, here are the four things we commit to from the very first claim.

The money never passes through us

The carrier pays the compensation straight into your account. We never collect on your behalf and hold no funds: our 25% commission is invoiced afterwards, once you have been paid.

The calculation is shown, not promised

Before you commit to anything, you see the delay actually recorded, the tier it triggers and the exact rate that follows — 25%, 50% or 75%. The amount depends on what you paid: we do not guess it and we do not round it.

No carrier account credentials

We never ask for your password and never log into your account. Your booking reference and the name on the order are enough — that is all the claim portal asks for.

Nothing paid upfront, no subscription

No opening fee, no direct debit, no account to create. If the claim fails, you owe nothing.

Three steps, two minutes

Nothing to print, nothing to post, nobody to call.

  1. You describe your journey

Train number, date, booking reference and the name on the order. We check eligibility and show the expected amount.

  2. We build and file the claim

You sign a mandate with a single checkbox. We assemble the claim and file it with the carrier on your behalf.

  3. The carrier pays you

The payment lands in your account without passing through us. We then invoice 25% of the amount received — and nothing at all if it is a travel voucher.

The scale, in plain terms

The G30 guarantee is a share of the price paid for the affected journey, not a flat amount. These are the tiers.

Delay recorded on arrivalCompensation
30 min to 1 h 5925% of the ticket price
2 h to 2 h 5950% of the ticket price
3 h and over75% of the ticket price

Delay is measured on arrival, never on departure. Below 60 minutes the carrier only offers a travel voucher: we file those claims free of charge.

Frequently asked questions

What is the G30 guarantee?

It is SNCF's commercial commitment on TGV INOUI and OUIGO services: from 30 minutes of delay on arrival, you are compensated with a share of your ticket price. It is more generous than the European floor set by regulation (EU) 2021/782, which only starts at 60 minutes.

How much delay do I need?

30 minutes recorded on arrival. What counts is the time you stepped off the train, not the departure time: a train that leaves an hour late but arrives on time gives no entitlement.

How much will I receive?

25% of the ticket price from 30 min to 1 h 59 of delay, 50% from 2 h to 2 h 59, 75% at 3 h and beyond. Compensation covers the delayed leg, not the whole return trip.

Why do some claims pay a voucher and others a bank transfer?

The carrier decides, not us. Below 60 minutes of delay, only a travel voucher is offered. From 1 hour you may request a bank transfer. Since our commission is only ever taken on money actually received, voucher claims are handled free of charge.

How long do I have to claim?

90 days from the date of travel. After that the claim is time-barred and the case is lost for good — which is why we decline out-of-time claims rather than let you hope.

What does the service cost?

25% of the amount recovered, invoiced only after the carrier has paid you by bank transfer. No opening fee, no subscription, no direct debit. If the claim is refused, you owe nothing.

Do you need my carrier account login?

No, and we would not accept it. We never log into your account: filing a G30 claim only requires the booking reference and the name on the order. Any platform asking for your password is making you breach the carrier’s terms of use.

What documents do I need?

Your booking reference, the name on the order, and your bank details if the delay entitles you to a transfer. No scanned ticket, no proof of delay: the carrier establishes the delay itself from the reference.

Who receives the money?

You do, directly. The carrier pays the compensation to the IBAN you provided. We never hold funds on your behalf, which rules out the scenario where a platform collects and is slow to pass it on.

What if the delay was caused by a strike or the weather?

The G30 guarantee is a commercial commitment, not a liability regime: it has no extraordinary-circumstances exemption of the kind found in air travel. A delay is a delay, whatever its cause.

Can I claim for several travellers?

Yes. A booking covering several travellers gives rise to compensation for each of them, calculated on their share of the price. File one claim per booking reference.

Is delay measured at departure or arrival?

On arrival, at the final destination station. A train can leave very late and make up part of the lost time: your entitlement depends on the gap between the arrival time scheduled when you booked and the actual arrival time.

What happens if the claim is refused?

We pass on the stated reason for refusal and you owe nothing. If the refusal looks unfounded, you remain free to refer the matter to the French travel ombudsman — that step is yours to take and costs nothing.
